Three and Thirty Engineering was founded on the belief that a small engineering firm with a tightly focused range of services and a limited client base can be substantially more efficient than a large company with many diverse interests. Unencumbered by numerous managers and support staff, we can offer services more directly, more responsively, and at a better value to the customer. We do not believe in winning projects, rather we believe in winning clients. It is our strong feeling that developing long-term relationships with a small, select group of clients is the best way to truly understand our clients’ needs and standards, give them the personal focus they each deserve, and provide them with quality work done in a timely and cost-effective fashion.
At Three and Thirty, we intend to grow only as the needs of our clients expand, and even then, with caution. There is no board of directors or group of stockholders imposing aggressive five- or ten-year growth plans, driving us to expand at an unsustainable rate. We have the luxury of growing only as our workload demands. We believe that by dedicating ourselves to satisfying our customers and properly taking care of our employees, success will follow.
